The Advocacy team engages and strategically advocates for all Social Science students. The Advocacy team prepares and researches all recommendations, mobilizing the needs of Social Science students to administration for short-term and long-term changes. The Advocacy team organizes EDI training for our council members as well as introducing a visit to the Wampun lodge this year. The Vice President of Advocacy meets with USC Councillors, ensuring initiatives serve the student body effectively. This year our VP Advocacy, Nathan, is prioritizing greater access to resources on campus alongside amplifying the voices of marginalized students.
